As a Visitor Centre Worker, you will facilitate a positive experience for all visitors. Your role includes collaborating with volunteers, guiding and training them, coordinating schedules, and liaising with prison staff for seamless service operation.

We seek individuals with basic computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, emotional resilience, and experience in social care. Experience working with volunteers and a proactive, empathetic approach are crucial. While not required, qualifications in Social Work or Social Care, knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, and experience in child development or the prison system are desirable.
