Main Duties
- Daily actioning of email inbox and allocation of emails to the relevant parties.
- Providing support to the Account Executives, onboarding new clients, following up on queries and providing assistance during the booking process
- Attending weekly sales team meetings, suggesting new sales ideas and contribute to sales planning
- Working closely with the Sales Team, to plan and execute marketing activities to acquire new business, through automation and other initiatives
- Conduct on-going research to identify new leads and decision makers
- Conduct high-level conversations and written correspondence, at times with key stakeholders
- Qualify, review, and understand customer needs and requirements
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all our customers and prospects
- Complete accurate tracking of communication in HubSpot
- Managing your workload effectively
- You will develop an excellent understanding of the Client Terms and Conditions of Service, as well as the different services offered and the different client verticals.
- Identify Tech issues and escalate these issues using the correct procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong HubSpot and/or Salesforce or another relevant well known CRM software experience.
- Strong Admin or PA experience.
- Must be Hampshire or Berkshire based to attend in person meetings one or twice per months
