What would I be doing?

As a Global Delegate Relations Associate, your primary role will be to engage with senior executives and industry leaders worldwide.

You will:

  • Identify potential delegates via LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delegates
  • Understand and identify delegates' needs to tailor your approach effectively
  • Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure successful event participation
  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service and follow-up with delegates before and after events
  • Work towards, and exceed set targets and KPIs

What would they expect from me?

  • A commercial sales mindset with a passion for a successful career in sales
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly selling over the phone
  • A target-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
  • High levels of enthusiasm and energy
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques
  • The ability to sell independently as well as part of a close-knit team

What qualifications and experience do I need?

  • Proven experience in selling or customer-facing role, ideally with B2B telephone sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • A proactive and driven approach to meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
