My client is a UK top 20 law firm with offices worldwide looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join their growing team. They have excellent corporate values and a supportive team built on trust.
The role:
- Inbound and outbound calling.
- Setting up payment plans.
- Supporting the wider collections team.
- Noting the system with accurate information.
- Rapport building with clients.
About you:
- Experience in a collections/credit control environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Communication skills.
- Good on office, particularly Excel.
- Thrive in a target driven environment.
