Main responsibilities include:
- Manage and delegate daily workloads
- Diary management for external providers
- Providing existing clients with an excellent service
- Setting up new clients
- Ensuring database is accurately updated
- Raising purchase orders
- Providing support and guidance to the team
- Handling any escalated issues
- Assisting with ongoing projects
Skills required:
- Confident leader with a positive attitude
- Strong administration and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
