Our client is looking for an energetic and visionary Head of Young People's Services to lead and elevate services in schools, estates, and the local community. In this dynamic role, you'll measure and ensure the impact of our programs, collaborate with funders, partners, and stakeholders, and supervise a dedicated team.
You'll have the exciting opportunity to expand existing programs into new areas and spearhead innovative initiatives. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you'll also take on organization-wide responsibilities, offering support and contributing to the charity's overall success.

Main Responsibilities -
- Provide front-line services as needed to achieve contractual goals
- Manage KPIs and budget to meet agreed targets
- Establish, develop, and maintain working relationships with schools and other referral agencies to ensure consistent recruitment of suitable young people
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and care are maintained at all times
- Perform all duties in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements -
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, leading programs and supervising staff
- Proven track record in implementing and completing programs
- Degree in Youth Work/Management or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of secondary education and funding systems
