Profectus is working with a healthcare company looking for an MES Service Manager to join the team. In this position you will work closely with upper management covering service delivery, site issues, maintenance, and training.
This is a field-based role with the requirement to visit the Theale office once a week. The package on offer includes a car allowance. Experience with Medical equipment is beneficial!
The role:
- Oversee the management of service delivery, representing the company on all contractual and operational site issues.
- Provide first-line support for operational and incident issues, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
- Manage budgets effectively, including local account maintenance and service budget approvals within guidelines.
- Deliver operational excellence by meeting and exceeding contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Produce high-quality performance reports in line with contractual requirements.
- Undertake audits of legacy equipment and verify asset lists to maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including Trusts, OEMs, building contractors, and removal teams, to ensure seamless operations and project implementation.
- Support the Implementation team in planning and executing service activities at various sites.
- Contribute to internal steering group and strategy meetings, offering insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage site facilities, including office space and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Provide line management to on-site staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Serve as a backup to other Service Managers, ensuring continuity of service across multiple sites.
- Lead the management of site-related incidents, coordinating with on-site engineering teams as necessary.
