Xpertise are working with a prominent Digital Agency who are looking for an experienced Head of IT Security to join their team. This is a hybrid position with 2 days a week in the London office.
Salary: £125,000 - £135,000
Location: Remote with some travel to London

What the role entails:
- Develop and implement Information Security Governance strategies and frameworks
- Manage Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) activities
- Ensure compliance with NIST 2.0, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
- Lead strategic planning for IT Security initiatives
- Oversee IT Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning
- Define and enforce Security Policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Cybersecurity trends and best practices
- Manage and mentor a team of IT Security professionals
What they are looking for:
- Understanding of the NIST framework
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
Nice to have
- Experience in the Media, Digital, or Advertising industry is highly desirable.
