PA/Administrator to Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA/Administrator to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Manager within our Technology department. This maternity cover role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and experience in managing a busy workload, including greeting visitors, organising events, and processing expenses.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a professional first impression.
- Organising meetings, including setting up actions and distributing notes.
- Planning and coordinating the annual company events
- Processing approximately 100 invoices per week and chasing approvals.
- Managing diaries for Directors and Managers.
- Organising travel and accommodation for team members.
- Processing visas for staff entering the country.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PA/Administrator
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple diaries and coordinating events.
- Experience in processing expenses and handling a high volume of invoices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Familiarity with visa application processes is advantageous.
