Our Client based is seeking for 2 Room Leader's for their Baby and Preschool room.
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days between hours 07:30-18:30
Salary: Up to £32k

As a Room Leader, you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and supporting their development.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth running of the room, supporting staff members and implementing routine
Support the Senior Management Team in achieving nursery objectives.
Build strong relationships with children and their families
Create engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively.
Foster a safe and supportive learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Collaborate with parents, staff, and management to ensure the well-being of each child.
Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children during daily activities.
Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Childhood Educator Level 3 or relevant field.
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Passion for childcare and creating a nurturing environment for children.
- Proactive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
