The Role:
Joining this team as an Insurance Advisor, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in handling client and insurer interactions, from new business to claims and renewals.
You'll ensure compliance with FCA regulations, promote exceptional customer care, and maintain strong client relationships while providing expert product advice. Secure renewal business and promote in-house premium finance solutions for optimal client coverage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in working within Insurance
- Drive to push forward with an Insurance based career
- Ideally previous experience of Acturis
- Strong organisation skills
- Exemplary customer service experience
