Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education and training.
- Support individual and group learning activities.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Provide support for students with varying educational needs.
Among the things we need from you are the following:
- Possession of a new DBS or an enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Ability to work in the United Kingdom (this role does not qualify for sponsorship).
- Able to leave an impact on our client as well as on us.
- Preferably, at least one year of experience working in schools.
- 2 verified professional references (this is crucial).
- Adapt flexibly and in a kind and professional way to the requirements of the kids.
- Effective classroom management techniques.
