- Managing client briefs to ensure prompt execution and adherence to guidelines and deadlines.
- Providing exceptional service as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
- Overseeing and managing job briefs, quotations, and artwork.
- Liaising efficiently with customer services, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Supporting Account Managers in the implementation of campaigns within the client's brief and budget.
