£25,000 (OTE up to £50k Year 1, up to £100k Year 2) + excellent technical & mindset training + development + industry leading commission up to 40% + OTE + rapid progression to principal or management level + incentives

You would be joining a hyper-growth specialist SME which prides itself on it's investment in it's people. You will have 1:1 dedicated training from your manager to ensure you can progress your career and rapidly increase your earning potential, as well as ad-hoc development from other leaders within the business, and external coaches. You will be provided with a clear structure to progress, based purely on merit, with the ability to be promoted once every 3 months.
Currently operating across 3 locations in the country as a specialist Engineering and Technical consultancy, Ernest Gordon will continue to expand across the UK, with future plans to expand into the US and European markets.
