Entry-level ESG Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Consultant to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in ESG consulting, supporting our clients in developing and implementing responsible, sustainable practices across their business operations.

As an Entry-Level ESG Consultant, you will assist senior consultants in assessing clients' ESG strategies, helping companies align with best practices and meet regulatory requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in sustainable business practices, data analysis, and reporting within a fast-evolving sector, working with both public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting ESG assessments, analysing clients' current sustainability practices, and identifying areas for improvement.

Support senior consultants in developing tailored ESG strategies that align with clients' goals and regulatory requirements.

Collect, organise, and analyse ESG data to prepare clear, accurate reports and presentations.

Conduct research on industry-specific ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to inform client recommendations.

Help clients comply with relevant ESG reporting standards, such as the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board).

Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions and action points for project continuity.

Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of sustainable policies and solutions for our clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field
Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.

Basic understanding of ESG concepts, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements (experience with frameworks like GRI, SASB, or TCFD is a plus),

Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

ESG Advisor Certificate

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
