Administrator
Based in Penicuik
£12 - £13 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working a charity based in Penicuik who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a 2 - 4 month basis (depending on working pattern). The role will require the successful candidate to provide administrative support with an ongoing database cleansing project. This is a great chance to join a friendly, welcoming organisation in a role that is due to start ASAP.
- FT Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5pm), Friday (8am - 1pm)
- Part-time hours can be considered
- Start date: ASAP
- Office based
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the organisation to cleanse a backlog of information
- Going through individual records and deleting required information
- Following processes to make decisions on each case
- Inputting data
- Ad hoc admin tasks
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in an Administration or Data Entry role
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new databases
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
