There are two posts available:

The firt post is Part time (50051377) and Permanent, working 16 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 4pm- 7pm and Thursday 4-8pm (Occasional Saturday as required).

The second post is Part time (50051381) and Permanent, working 20 hours per week: Monday to Friday from 4pm - 8pm (Occasional Saturday as required).

The University of Westminster has an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced receptionist to provide an effective, well-presented reception service at our vibrant campuses. As part of the Estates Planning and Services team, the postholder will ensure a high quality customer experience and act as a first point of contact for enquiries as well as dealing with a variety of customers.

The post holder will have flexibility, patience and a customer focused attitude and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. The successful candidate will have responsibility to ensure enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner, explaining complex information clearly and directing users appropriately. The successful candidate will process deliveries and prioritise daily tasks for the facilities staff, therefore good organisational skills are essential to assist in the coordination of key services to the site.
