One of our clients based in Doncaster are seeking a dedicated Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Wills and Probate Team. The ideal candidate will have the drive and determination to manage their increasing workload and play a pivotal role in the advancement of the Private Client Department.

Day-to-day of Role:
- Collaborate closely with the Firm's Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Handle a diverse range of work including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection Work.
- Engage in business development activities to promote the department and the firm.
- Deliver fee-earning work with a high degree of professionalism and client care, utilising case management systems and remote working facilities effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced Private Client/ Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Open to candidates with a range of experience; the right fit for the team is paramount.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident promoting the department and firm.
