Position: Permanent, full time OR part time
Salary – up to £32k
Due to continued growth, our client are seeking a talented Payroll Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment and contribute to the success of a growing practice.
The Position:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls for a variety of clients using Sage Payroll.
- Managing Bacs payments and submitting HMRC returns (and CIS submissions)
- Uploading pension data to pension providers
- Completing year-end submissions
- Communicating with clients
Person Specification:
- Experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau
- Proficiency in BrightPay and Xero
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
