Are you a candidate who has Administrative or Project Coordination experience, looking for a dynamic role within a fast growing company that offer a competitive starting salary, on the job training and fast progression into Project Manager?
This fast growing company are leaders in historical building restorations, focusing on the refurbishment and repair of windows in Grade 2 listed buildings. They are now looking to take on a project coordinator to keep up with an ever increasing workload!
In this varied role, you will be undertaking general office administration and coordination of multiple projects at a time, liaising with sub-contractors and clients on site to ensure works are completed to sufficient standards and client specifications are adhered to. You will be working 5 days a week in their Bournemouth office, 8 - 4:30 within a team of 4, being given continuous training and development to eventually progress you to Project Manager as the team grows .
This role would suit someone who has Administrative or Project Coordination experience, looking for a dynamic and varied role in a fast growing company that offers on the job training and progression into Project Manager.
The Role:
- Office administration
- Project coordination of sub-contractors and clients
- Site visits to ensure works are up to standard and client specifications are met
The Person:
- Administrative or project administrative experience
- Experience with customer facing roles
- Proficient with basic office programs i.e. Excel
- Commutable to Bournemouth
