Paying £12.50 per hour - Our client, based near the Etihad Stadium in Manchester is looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months. The role is offering £12.50 per hour and is to work 2 days per week in the office and 1 day WFH. The hours are 21 hours per week and will require working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 7 hours each day. The working hours are 9:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break. This position will be starting immediately, so applicants must be available to start at short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with purchase orders
- General purchase ledger duties
- Processing Expenses claims
- Posting credit card transactions
- Maintaining the accounts inbox
- Bank reconciliations
The Person:
- You must have a good foundation of accounting experience from working in a finance team
- You will have good Microsoft office skills
- You must be commutable to Manchester and must be available immediately
