An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an agile business based in Theale. They work with some of the UK's largest businesses, offering their expert advice & consultancy services to introduce a whole range of process improvements.
They're now looking for a Telesales Executive to join their tight-knit sales team to increase the number of leads & meetings for their consultants. The role is phone-based, you'll be cold calling potential new businesses to open up potential new opportunities, as well as contacting previous customers with a view to working with them on other projects - so you need to enjoy selling on the phone.
Ideally, they're looking for someone with a quality-led B2B sales background, as whilst this is an outbound sales role, you will be approaching C-Level Executives, therefore a research-led approach is required. However, if you've been in a higher volume B2B sales role - or even if you have a B2C telesales background & you're looking for a chance to move to a B2B role, then they'd be happy to train you.
They're offering an excellent basic salary (£35,000 - £40,000) + £15,000 on target commission (uncapped). The role will be office-based in Theale - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
