Senior Legal Counsel (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Our client accelerates innovation by investing in and partnering with scientific projects that have the potential to address unmet medical needs. They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a 12-month maternity cover to support their mission.
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will:
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial and intellectual property matters within the life science and medical research-related space.
- Work closely with scientific teams to navigate legal complexities involved in the projects.
- Ensure compliance with UK laws and regulations, specially on Data Protection Law and Commercial, IP law to mitigate risks
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Support strategic initiatives and partnerships.
