Property Manager (Commercial)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a family run property management business based in Birmingham. They are growing, and need support with the management of their portfolio of Commercial Property. They are hoping to bring in an experienced Commercial Property Manager to work directly with the Managing Director, with the support of a Property Administrator.
The Role:
- Maintain relationships with tenants
- Lead on Lease and Rent reviews
- Manage any tenant queries, disputes
- Manage relationships and progress of any work conducted with contractors
- Ensure compliance of properties within the portfolio
- Review and approve contracts
- Handle any escalated credit control (standard late rent payments will be chased by an assistant, escalated cases will be the responsibility of the manager)
The Ideal Property Manager will have:
- Significant experience with Commercial Property Management
- Ideally a qualification relevant to property management (e.g. RICS)
- Outstanding customer/client service skills
- Understanding of rental/leasing contracts
- Ideally a full driving license and access to their own vehicle for site visits across Birmingham
