Salary up to £25,000 per annum
OTE
Y1: £50k
Y2: £80k - £100k
Y3: £150k+
The Ideal Candidate:
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Passionate, enthusiastic and have a natural aptitude for sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Confident personality who can build great rapport
Duties include:
- Business Development
- Developing long standing relationships
- Account Management
- Sourcing candidates and registering
- Negotiating terms
- Working to KPI's and Targets
- Administration
