Senior Structural Engineer

The Role:

Hampshire County Council Property Services is a pioneering public service practice with a national reputation for inspirational, practical and resilient architecture and engineering, winning awards over many years.

We are a thriving multi-disciplinary design-led office of some 100 designers with an ever-increasing portfolio of exciting and varied projects. We are looking for a high calibre senior structural engineer to join our team wanting to advance their career and help lead and deliver this work, embracing our commitment to creating a high-quality environment for the public good and the values of a leading non-profit making organisation.

As part of the role you will be supporting the Principal Engineer, to lead on the structural engineering design and delivery of construction projects, providing a service of the highest quality and supporting the leadership of Property Services' multi-disciplinary design unit. This will include undertaking design checks for correctness of approach, application of codes of practice and standards and accuracy of output, delivering successful projects safely, on time and budget.
