Rate / Salary: £500-£600 p/d or £90k - £120k (plus package)

Role Overview: The company is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their London office. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering refurbishment, new build, or fit-out projects with values ranging from £50-£100 million. The projects span commercial and residential sectors and are at various stages of development, so candidates with pre-construction and full project life cycle experience are preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting
  • Budget management
  • Risk management
  • Advising on commercial strategy
  • Client management
  • Dispute avoidance and/or resolution if required
  • Assessing compensation events
  • Assessing payment applications
  • Reviewing and advising on subcontractor supply chain
  • Managing and mentoring the commercial team

Preferred Experience:

  • Delivering new build, fit-out, or refurbishment projects valued between £50-£100 million
  • PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement)
  • Full project life-cycle
  • NEC and / or JCT
  • Sectors: Commercial & Residential

Duration: Ongoing / Temp to Perm / Permanent
