My client is looking for a personable and confident Project Architect with a keen eye for detail to join their renowned practice in Winchester. The RIBA chartered practice has a wide range of projects across the Residential, Commercial and Heritage sectors and have an excellent reputation as they have been providing innovative designs to clients for over 50 years. The friendly team are excited to welcome a Project Architect ahead of the brilliant upcoming projects they have on the horizon.
The successful Project Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 and should be motivated to progress and develop your career. You will need to have worked through all RIBA stages and should feel confident managing your own projects and team. Good knowledge of industry standard software is necessary.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:
- Significant UK-based post Part 3 experience
- ARB registered
- Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
- Exceptional technical abilities
- Great communication skills, both written and verbally
- Able to liaise with clients, stakeholders and other team members
- Managing your project budget
- Delivering projects within agreed timescales
- Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
- Keen interest in classic architecture is beneficial
