Job Purpose
- Support a diverse portfolio of clients, working alongside Managers to ensure budgets and deadlines are met
- Support audit engagements from planning to completion, championing service excellence at every step
- Preparation of financial statements for Limited Companies
- Assist Senior Auditors and Accounts Managers with their portfolio, working closely with Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
- Preparation of accounts for Partnerships and Sole Traders
- Nurture and maintain enhanced relationships with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving on-the-go
- Support the development of junior staff by reviewing work and offering feedback
- Keep up to date with audit regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function
- Champion your own professional development by undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or with the desire to begin studying
- Qualified by experience also considered
- A proven track record of working on audit engagements within practice
- Excellent understanding of UK audit regulations
- Good IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
- Reliable, professional and with a keen eye for detail
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team
- A drive to progress within the firm by undertaking training and further learning
