Day to Day of the role:
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing multi-channel campaigns as outlined in the marketing plan, targeting both existing and prospective customers.
- Create compelling copy and creative assets for campaigns, including but not limited to landing pages, emails, social media posts, adverts, blog posts, customer cases, and videos.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and managing customer engagement events such as webinars, seminars, and conferences.
- Analyse campaign performance, optimising for conversions and reporting on ROI and leads generated.
- Maintain and update content for the website and marketing databases to ensure targeted communication.
- Manage and execute campaigns on social media channels, both organic and paid.
- Source advertisement opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, and printers to produce marketing materials.
- Manage internal marketing budget and partner budgets effectively.
- Build and develop customer relationships through targeted communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
- A keen eye for design and strong creative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A creative mindset with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Skilled organiser with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
