Join a dynamic team in Knowsley as an HR & Payroll Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in both HR and payroll functions within a supportive and engaging environment. If you're passionate about HR and have a keen eye for detail in payroll, this could be your next exciting opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist support across HR and payroll activities, with a focus (80% HR / 20% payroll).
  • Prepare meeting packs and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support payroll processes and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Minute-taking during meetings and ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Collaborate with the HR Advisor, on various tasks and projects.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including tracking probation periods, ensuring timely task completion by managers, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in fun initiatives like the "Star of the Month" program, contributing to employee engagement.
  • Assist in the transition to a new HR and payroll system, including data collation and system updates.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between £24,000 - £27,000, depending on experience.
