We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to join a small team for an renowned retailer near Chippenham, where you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our client's IT estate and lead a team of 3 to ensure efficient delivery of IT services to their end users. This is a permanent role paying up to £57,000 with hybrid working (3-4 days a week in the office).
You will be responsible for managing a hybrid environment including Windows Server, Hyper-V, MS365 technologies and managing the successful delivery of IT projects to optimise business performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership of internal IT team, monitoring objectives, and instilling a continous improvement culture
- Project management of all IT infrastructure projects and initiatives through to completion
- Managing and maintaining a hybrid environment of on-premise and cloud technologies
- Build relationships with key project stakeholders
- Operational responsibility for the stability and effectiveness of all applications, infrastructure and technology
About You
- Previous experience in an Infrastructure Engineer/Team Lead role
- Ability to lead and implement IT infrastructure projects
- Broad IT knowledge - servers, storage, networking, business applications
