The facilities Assistant will be responsbile for:
- Ensuring all facilities are clean and well-maintained
- Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of events
- Completing basic repair tasks in a timely manner
- Coordinating with external contractors and services
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Good level of customer service
- Assist in planning & execution of office moves within agreed time frames
- Ordering of stationery, lighting, cash & carry consumables
