Hyde is looking to recruit a Aftercare Coordinator.

As a Aftercare Coordinator at Hyde, you will be working within the Product Quality Team to ensure both internal stakeholders and external customers receive the quality homes and service they expect, in line with the approved business plan and the construction contract.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high standard of quality control and supervision is maintained for each contract via site visits and regular plot inspections, with due regard to building and health and safety legislation.
  • Complete relevant reports following site and customer visits and updating spreadsheets and systems as required.
  • Interpret drawings and check against as built at various stages of construction and to determine defects.
  • Assisting the Customer Care team as required.
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring the performance of contractors and consultants on-site, ensuring construction adheres to specifications.
  • Manage pre-completion inspections, customer home-demonstrations, and the completion of any outstanding works, including post-handover customer relations, aftercare contractor management and defect rectification.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong quality control and supervision skills, with experience in site visits and assessing contract implementation.
  • Excellent communication and liaison abilities with internal teams and customers.
  • Experience in managing customer journeys from contract exchange to post-completion.
  • Ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions in a demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
  • Hold clean driving licence and access to vehicle to travel to construction sites and customer visits,
