Fractional Head of HR | HealthTech Scale-Up | 3 days per week
The Client
Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a market leading and values driven HealthTech business who sit in the women's health space as they look to bring in a Fractional/Part-time Head of HR, with the potential for the role to go permanent thereafter should the fit be right.
Our client has scaled rapidly to become a frontrunner in the women's health space and have seen continued growth after raising in excess of £12m. They are now focussed on continuing sustainable growth across Europe and the rest of the world.
The Role
This role will be reporting into the CEO, and take full responsibility for the Human Resources of the business globally. This a fantastic opportunity to develop the HR function of a fast scaling company and should the role transfer to permanent then the successful candidate would be building out the function as they scale.
You'll be responsible for overseeing HR Operations such as hiring and managing new starters, implementing learning and development processes, and leading on company wellbeing initiatives. There will also be significant exposure and business partnering opportunities with department heads and the opportunity to influence the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR function.
- Create Learning & Development plans.
- Manage the hiring process - including onboarding.
- Taking a lead role on company wellbeing initiatives.
- Managing company bonus structures, compensations, and commissions.
- Oversee and implement new procedures to support career progression.
- Business partnering with department heads.
- Ad-hoc duties to support the leadership team.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a Human Resources role.
- Self-Starter
Bonus Skills
- Prior experience working Fractionally or part time in a leading HR role.
- Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up business.
Day Rate: £300-£350 per day
Location: Chancery Lane, London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)
Start Date: ASAP, Mid-August at the latest
