Position: Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time available)
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: 12 Weeks
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Location: Tameside
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritise patient appointments
- Provide urgent mental health assessments
- Create management plans and referrals
- Conduct brief crisis interventions and psychological support
