Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
3 - 6 months interim (suspect more towards 6 months)
We are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations using SAGE Line 50 and Netsuite software. - currently moving from SAGE to Netsuite so experience in both would be perfect. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to contribute to the team during a temporary period of increased workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely for employees using SAGE and Netsuite software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processing.
- Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and deductions as necessary.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably using SAGE and Netsuite software.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Duration: Temporary position - up to 6 months
