We are excited to be working exclusively with an innovative specialist design company, based in Bristol, who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This newly created role will support the growth of the business and has natural progression routes into either Sales or Management. They are a close-nit team with regular socials and lunches.
What you'll be doing
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Maintaining current client relationships
- Identifying public tender opportunities for new projects
- Engaging with previous clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team on marketing campaigns
- Scheduling meetings for the sales team
What you'll need to apply
- At least 2 years of 360 sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and a clear phone manner
- Self-motivated, target-driven and good time management
- An understanding of internal CRM systems
