Van Driver / Warehouse Operative required for a company in Yate, BS37
- £25,147 per annum
- Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00, Fridays 08:30 – 16:00
- Half an hour for lunch break (unpaid) and two paid tea breaks (morning and afternoon)
- 25 days Holidays per annum, plus Bank holidays
- Free parking on site or 10 minutes' walk from Yate train station
- Clean working environment
- Canteen on site
About the job
- Moving and stacking items in the warehouse
- Inspecting items for any damage
- Providing holiday cover for van driver
- Multi drop delivery/collection rounds across the UK
- Overnight stays could be required when making deliveries – with accommodation / expenses paid
The right candidate
- Full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 points, for insurance purposes
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Strong communication skills
- Basic PC understanding
- Previous experience in a similar role such as production, warehouse, factory, manufacturing, retail
