They are actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team in Polegate with an immediate start! The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running and integrate seamlessly into their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance department efficiently
- Handle finance queries from emails
- Double-check invoices against purchase orders
- Verify payments and expenses
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Prepare and manage monthly reports
- File taxes and manage credit control
- Schedule payments and monitor cash flow
Essential Requirements:
- Proficient in Sage 50
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in managing VAT
