We are seeking a passionate and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Crowborough area. You will help support Teachers in delivering their lessons and providing a calm and nurturing environment for the students to learn and grow.
Your Key responsibilities:
- Support students in and out of the classroom and to help towards their academic development.
- Assist with classroom activities.
- Assist a full class, small groups or in a 1:1 setting with students to ensure they have added support.
- Be a role model and someone that students can trust and feel comfortable around.
Requirements:
- Have a passion for working with children.
- Be a team player with great communication skills.
- Basic GCSE passes.
