Construction Planner

Our client are a UK Based Specialist in Building Services and Refurbishment with Worldwide Experience. They offer all types of property refurbishment and fitting out across the UK and Overseas. Their projects range from office spaces, and large residences to new builds.

Due to company growth, our client is looking to bring a Project Planner in to join their highly experienced and qualified team. The Project Planner will be responsible for defining project scope, scheduling work, estimating resources and costs, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely project completion.

What's in it for you?

  • Monday - Friday (Full time in the office + regular site visits).
  • Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 (Could pay more depedning on experience).

Position Overview

  • Define project scope and objectives.
  • Create and manage schedules.
  • Estimate required resources, materials, and labor.
  • Develop budgets and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate tasks and activities with subcontractors and the relevant departments.
  • Identify potential delays and adjust schedules to prevent projects over running.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project status and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Position Requirements

  • Full UK drivers' license.
  • Come from a construction background.
  • Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar roles.
  • Proficient with software's such as MS project and other relevant planning software's.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
