Senior Performance Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for the following;

  • Lead performance analytics workstreams from requirements gathering to testing and implementation within product delivery teams.
  • Utilise a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to provide business insights.
  • Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct complex analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams and analytical disciplines.
  • Develop technical tools and techniques to aid in analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and appropriate use of data and analysis.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

  • Digital and Performance Analysis – You must have extensive experience in the digital space and previously completed the set-up of consolidated data frameworks taking fragmented data sets from across channels and data sources.
  • Analysis and Insights - Analyse and interpret key performance metrics and trends to inform decision-making. Develop performance dashboards and KPIs that align with business and operational goals and ensure accurate tracking of business outcomes.
  • Communicating Analysis and Insights - Ability to turn complex data into compelling, clear and actionable stories. Present analysis and visualisations in clear ways to communicate complex messages and give recommendations.
  • Performance Measurement - Lead the development of performance measurement frameworks and demonstrate a deep understanding of business goals and can turn these into tangible performance measures.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights, helping to prioritize initiatives and define performance targets. Use advanced data analysis techniques to inform prioritization and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding Analysis across the product lifecycle - Apply experience in multiple parts of the product life cycle. Identify the appropriate deliverables and engage the right people to meet them. Ability to work with other agile delivery disciplines throughout the product life cycle. Plan and proactively engage with the stakeholders at the appropriate stage of the project.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their performance needs are met, and expectations are managed. Ensure clear communication of performance insights and data across business units.
  • Verification and validation of data and analysis - Set up a system to get data ready for use and specify how data should be cleansed and prepared. Able to bring data together from different sources and communicate the limitations of data. Peer-review colleagues' outputs to ensure quality.
  • Systems and Platform – Hands on experience or exposure with Adobe Analytics is essential. Experience with Adobe Client Data Layer (ACDL), PowerBi, CRM, CCaaS, Excel, Google Analytics and Brandwatch also desirable.
