Our client is a film agency. They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Office Administrator to join their team at Kinolibrary. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting various administrative and support tasks to ensure their office runs smoothly. The role encompasses a wide range of administrative and office tasks, but with a focus on sales, invoices and operational reporting.
This role is based in the office 5 days a week in Hoxton.
Duties
- Producing accurate reports sent to external stakeholders.
- Handling invoices for the sales department, and entering information into our accounting software.
- Assist with correspondence and communication across teams and with external partners.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritise and multitask effectively to meet deadlines and respond to varying demands
- Provide support in administrative functions as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Foster a positive office atmosphere through excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
Requirements
- More than 2 years combined experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Professional experience in using accounting software, preferably Xero. This should also include a solid understanding and experience in generating, checking and sending invoices.
- Strong and demonstrable organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced numeracy skills and a good amount of experience generating and QAing reports.
