An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Administrator to join a highly regarded, award winning company at their Head Office in Horley. This is a 6 month temporary contract.
This role would be perfect for someone with high attention to detail who enjoys data entry and administration tasks, some previous experience working within an office environment is required.
Working in a supportive and very friendly team, your daily duties will include:
- Administration and investigation of liabilities - receive and log on databases, always adhering to legislation.
- Liaise with all Highway Authorities and Depots
- Validation and payment of all liability invoices
- Raising invoices for the recharging of contractors
- Monitoring and responding to internal and external emails
- Provide liability management information to the business
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong team work ethic and be supportive of other colleagues
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workloads
- Ability to work effectively on own (whilst at home)
- Common sense and able to use initiative
- Ability to work to defined deadlines
- Ability to respond to changing priorities at short notice
- Good computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
The company are currently working on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Working hours are 37 per week, Monday - Friday 07:45 to 16:00.
