Estate Operative / Deliveries Coordinator - Vauxhall £28k (9 hour days with 1 hour paid break)
A well established high end property management company is looking for a deliveries coordinator for a luxury residential development that is soon to open
You will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the deliveries and logistics of the site. You will also be assisting the wider estate operative team.
Your duties will include.
- Take responsibility for receiving posts /mail for the building, ensuring each item is logged and kept save until the item is delivered to the end recipient.
- Generally handle post including: packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and truck
- Ensure storage rooms are always organised and tidy.
- Communicate all residents and internal enquiries with the relevant departments ensuring action.
- Assist the housekeeping/operatives team in ensuring all communal areas are always kept clean and tidy.
- Greet the residents and their guests and visitors with integrity in order to promote a climate of warmth and
- Undertake basic repair works, front & back of house as well as inside the apartments when possible.
