Project Administrator - Full time - Cardiff - Temporary- 6 months
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a charity organisation with whom we are trying to recruit a Welsh speaking administrator.
This is an on site role, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week
What the Project Administrator will be doing:-
The ideal Project Administrator will be responsible for
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts for multi-entities, analysis and monthly supplemental schedule preparation.
- Ensuring records and files are accurate and up to date
- Support the team regarding the dissemination of information
What the successful Project Administrator will bring to the team:-
This role is suitable for someone who has:-
- Good communication skills and is able to communicate in Welsh
- A good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
What the Project Administrator will get in return:-
- £13.66-£14.70 per hour
- Monday to Friday, this is primarily a remote role so being able to work independently is essential
