As part of the role you will be helping with the designing and developing software in the fields of automotive diagnostics and electric vehicles to support our position as one of the leading companies in this sector:
- Create and document requirements
- Carry out updates on the existing codebase
- Create new software products from scratch
- Version and store source code
- Support colleagues with advice and sharing of knowledge
To apply for this Software Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Working with version control systems
- Perform unit tests and debug own code
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of Matlab/Python for data processing
- Working with safety standards for software development (ISOL 26262)
- Knowledge of JIRA and additional programming languages (TBD BDD)
