The role:

Assist with general office administration

Handle dictation and transcription tasks

Support multiple team members efficiently

Contribute to maintaining smooth office operations

About you:

At least 2 years of administrative experience

Strong typing skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy

Excellent dictation abilities

Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities

Professional and personable demeanour

Ability to work well in a fast-paced

Adaptability and willingness to learn
