Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the delivery of exceptional service to stakeholders. This highly organized and detail-oriented individual will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, preparing confidential materials, and making strategic decisions to advance the company's goals.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and prepare expense reports
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Manage and maintain confidential files and databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to support the achievement of company goals
- Make sound judgments and decisions with minimal supervision, using discretion and tact when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
- *Requirements:**
- 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
